In my opinion, she lacks the vocals and the experience to be a great member of the judge. She's better than Gary for sure, and perhaps even better than Kelly (who simply resorts to gangsta style instead of judging), but I'm not exactly impressed with her as a judge.

But for me, she is definitely the best mentor of this season. She always seems to get the best out of Little Mix, unlike some other mentors and their acts.

She has great vocals and has been in a band since the age of 11 that is now massively popular and successful.
The genre of music has nothing to do with her ability or experience and we all know that it is because of Ndubz that people presume that she is not good enough.

I'm not saying N-Dubz is a bad group or anything close to it. I'm just saying, Kelly Rowland is an international superstar, Gary Barlow was, Louis Walsh is very experienced as a judge in the x-factor and idols, while Tulisa is just... different.

Her group is not massively popular - much people never even heard of N-Dubz! That doesn't mean it's a bad group though, let that be clear.

Tulisa is Special.
