David Walliams Tonight
RabidWolverine
19-11-2011
People on this forum love trying to read too much into things so im gonna join in on the fun

David Walliams has been the subject of rumours after he has apparently been offered judging roles on both Britains Got Talent (Replacing Michael McIntyre) and The Voice on the rival channel BBC!

Could him being seen on a Syco produced show and openly talking to the cameras be a sign that he is joining BGT?

Or is he just there to enjoy the show as a fan an like a lot of people in this forum I like looking for an extra story?

Why would they give him a spot on The Voice? He has no affiliation to music.

I really can't stand the guy, the less I see of him the better.

I get your point but the fact is the guy is a huge name these days! Even though he does not do Stand Up Comedy he is probably one of the biggest British comedians with Michael McIntyre, Lee Evans, Peter Kay & Jimmy Carr who are active at the moment.

Love him or hate him he has a natural charisma to him and provides entertainment for a lot of people. Name value will make him appealing to BBC or ITV

He is no less qualified than Michael McIntyre, so why not? But I'm not a fan of his, or of BGT, so yeah, whatever.

He was rumoured for the hosting role for The Voice not a judges spot, although that's all but been confirmed to be going to Holly Willoughby.

Walliams will replace Tulisa next week, he has heard more than a dozen songs unlike her and this makes him more qualified to be a mentor.
