Yes, we've noticed it too and find it very jarring.

oh god thank you for pointing it out, thought it was just me. it is so bloody annoying! he is annoying in general which just makes it worse haha

actually if you really listen close it sounds more like per-fror-mance...but think it's more just down to him saying it loudly and so it has a bit of a rough wet sounding f. also if you watch his lips when he says it he doesn't make the mouth shape for 'pre...' but 'per...'
