I'm asking for a poll on this.

Options:

Marcus
Craig
Janet
Misha
Little Mix
None of them
All of them

-----------------------------------------------------

If we believe some of the comments on this forum, Janet is supposed to fill this role but to my mind she (and Little Mix) are the only ones trying to vary what they do. Little Mix are progressing steadily thanks to Tulisa and Janet is brave enough to listen to the judges and experiment even if it sometimes doesn't pay off.

For me the one-trick-ponies are Craig, Misha, Amelia and Marcus. They are all excellent singers but they just recycle the same performance every week.

Tulisa.....

I'd say Misha, personally.

She sounds the same every week. And let's not get started on the conveniently timed 'bad news' she's had during the Lives...

All of them except for little mix

Marcus. Gary seems to think it's okay for Marcus to do the same thing every week because he has 'found his nich' and yet it isn't okay for anyone else.

^^^^This.....I do like marcus's voice but his style is very rigid in the performances he has been putting out since the shows started. Good performances but I'm tiring of the same old same old.

I love little Mix, they are my second favourites, but they have done the same type of song every week, On Rock week they did Salt and Pepper! But last night, they turned a corner, I think Janet is the worst for it though. She sounds the same every week, and Craig.

Marcus is hardly a one trick pony, the first 5 weeks of the show his performances were all hugely different and he was being praised on here (you know when he was under the radar so could be liked ) for being so verstatile and different week after week (just compare 'are you gonna go my way' and 'rest petite' and 'moves like jagger') however as soon as he has found his proffered style and ran with it people are accusing him of being a one trick pony...

People are so fickle. The fact that Amelia can be called the winner after one performance, and Marcas can be called a one trick pony after 3 out of 7 live shows...

With regret (to quote Sralan, sorry, Lord Alan), it's definitely Craig. Seems like a lovely bloke but no more than a very good karaoke performer.

I agree. Marcus is my favourite and the only one left in the competition whose music I'd buy. I would buy Kitty's too though.

Thank you. Also I IMO to be a one trick pony you have to give the same performance week after week no matter the style (Craig does this a lot) it is not being a one trick pony to stay in the same style but give a difference performance (otherwise you are falling into being a Gary when he called Little Mix predictable). Marcus performance tonight was very different to the previous two weeks, but because it is still old school people call it the same performance
