Rhythmix the charity have the name copyrighted for Educational purposes - all they thought they needed, and considering copywriting is an expensive process, all their funds would allow them to do. Simco were seeking a full Europe wide copyright of the Rhythmix name and had started proceedings to stop Rhythmix the charity from using the name. This is why there was a problem. Simco were trying the force the charity to change their name or stop their activities.

The action was launched by Simco, not Rhythmix.
