The show seems rather flat without Kitty's showstopping performances

Regardless of whether you liked her voice or not, Kitty reliably brought a performance spectacle to the show each week. I'd say she was easily the best performer (not singer) the X Factor has ever seen, always putting on a show, working the stage, bringing drama.

Now that she's gone it all seems rather flat.

They should bring her back to work as the new Brian Friedman.

I did miss Kitty this week actually. Her "Born This Way" singing after she was voted out was genuinely cringe-worthy and not entertaining, but her performances always were. I wonder how that drink with Lady GaGa went.

i agree with the performance part

Wasn't a huge fan of Kitty but yes, it's all gone rather flat for me now. I'm not really interested in it at present. Never thought I would say that, but I was bored beyond tears last night 'sigh'

Agreed. When it Dermot announced the last act was up, I was thinking "Is that it?".

Really miss Kitty and Johnny this week. Say, what you want about Louis but his acts are always a good laugh.

She was definitely missed.
The show was pretty boring last night.

...fortunately,quite the opposite when it comes to the vocals

(though,in spite of her less than impressive voice, her tribute acts skills were entertaining,to a point.)

Possibly time to stop watching in that case.

In terms of the quality of performance I thought last night's show was musically the best of the series. (Has to be said I'm not really that interested in the loud-mouthed in your face wannabes who are just put in their for the alleged entertainment factor).

I miss her badly. And yes the show was more lively with her in it. I stopped watching the show since last week, too quiet and lacklustre now, but catch up with the videos on the site.

People complained that Kitty was loud and shouty, but Amelias performance yesterday beat her!

I'm finding the whole series irritating rather than entertaining this year I am disappointed since it's one of our 'family' shows that we usually choose to watch together.

I have a whole list of dislikes this season, rather than likes.

To be honest I missed it last night because of a family commitment and rather than stick it straight on when I came home I couldn't be bothered! Quite a culture shock lol

It wasn't the same without her

I agree with you here, I didn't like her very much in the first week or two but she has a fantastic voice

Kitty was brilliant, but I think last night was the best night of the series so far, even without her.

Those in-ear monitors they've given them this week have worked wonders, because there were relatively few moments where they were out of tune.

If they'd done that from the beginning, this series could have been a lot better than it has been.

She was the best act this year.

Kitty was the only one I really looked forward to seeing, it's all very flat and samey now, may just watch the Sunday nights result shows from curiosity, but Saturdays is just out and out too dull to be bothered with now.

My thoughts exactly. Last night seemed kind of lacking without Kitty's performances. I was a big fan of her, great voice, stage presence and pretty freakin hilarious at times.

I tend to agree with the OP however Kitty has lost her voice this weekend, so much so that she couldn't even sing at GAY! So even if she hadn't left she wouldn't be able to sing. Hang on wasn't that a tactic used by Cher or Katie last year??

I agree. You really did miss Kitty last night. Amelia can't hold a candle to Kitty when it comes to singing and putting on a show.

Build a bridge and get over it will you. Kitty was in the bottom 2 more than Misha, which is why Misha was saved

With Kitty you never new what she would do but you new she would deliver a good performance and deliver the song well
in the same way that with Craig & Jannet they will stand and sinbg a resonable song but do not perform so it becomes very dull & bland even Marcus & Misha are pretty predictable but they do deliver a bit of a performance not good but ok

So when Misha makes her inevitable third appearance in the bottom two, will you be clamouring for her departure?
