Janets next performance song

Is it true Janet's next performance is Cliff Richard's Mistletoe and wine? That would be an ideal choice and really suit.

She could add her own twist and make it her own. If she could do something different like that and pull it off. I'd vote for her.
Even the Slade Merry Christmas song.

Everyone start picking a Christmas Song for Janet.

I read it online that she'll be doing a Christmas Song if she's still there.

If she makes it into the final, for her duet how about 'Little Drummer Boy' - I love the Bing Crosby / David Bowie version of it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gbbdPuqpU10

They'll all be doing a Christmas song nearer the time but I'd bet big money she won't do that one. I think she could do either 'All I want for Christmas is you' (Mariah Carey) or 'Merry Christmas Darling' (Carpenters).

Marcus should do 'Driving Home for Christmas' (Chris Rea) and Craig could do 'Last Christmas' (Wham)

Oh yeah, good choice. Can we all email X Factor since they are generally crap on song choices?

To be honest i don't know about that one. Something lively with a Janet twist would be better. I'm afraid it's going to be a No from me!

Please NO! One of my all time favourite songs. I'd hate to see \janet murder it with her trademark hiccups/sobs!

If i was trying to be funny i would have said something like Paul McCartney's We all stand together. And put a clip of the below video.
We're just trying to pick our Christmas song for Janet, what's wrong with that!

Yes something like that. But would that test her vocals and show us what she could really do?

Hmm, not sure any of the recognisable Christmas hits would test anybody's vocals really. They exist as catchy singalong tunes that make us feel good at Christmas and we need for Janet to start making some of the doubters feel good.

Haha! Brilliant! It might shock a few people though...

You're a bum
You're a punk
You're an old slut on junk
Lying there almost dead on a drip in that bed
You scumbag, you maggot
You cheap lousy faggot
Happy Christmas your arse
I pray God it's our last

I'd definitely buy thist if Janet sang it. Don't think it's her style though.

I'm just trying to turn the key on Janet's back and liven up the performance. Or maybe change the batteries to a higher rated voltage of Duracell. Bring her into her own age and not like an old running down gramophone. Bring out the Dragon from the church mouse. Dress like little Mix and not the stuff she's told to wear from the archive ITV wardrobe. Simon would be probably saying the same thing in private. What next one of Louis old suits! About time Janet banged her fist on the table in front of Kelly so called mentor Rowland.

But then she wouldn't be Janet. She's not a Little Mix type, she's more of a folksy woodland sprite type and that's why I love her. There's too much so-called edgy urban crap around already.

Yes true in what you've said, but i think there's a bit of a punky style waiting to have a go too. I'd like to see that and not how boring they've turned her into. This could be her final week is she doesn't change a bit and show what what she can do. The home votes are ok but let's see something different before she goes out. She's young not an old or middle aged woman.
