I haven't the faintest idea who Little Mix might be, but then Il Divo don't appear to have the faintest idea what classical singing is supposed to be, so I guess that's a draw...

He is, honestly. His singing when he spots birds on the lawn is way better than Il Divo. His high notes are much sharper and he carries a tune much better.

that's because they're not trying to be classical .. they're "popopera", they admit that themselves and all but Sebastian have all been accomplished "proper" classical singers in the past in their own right .. they're the first to admit they'e not traditionally "classical" or trying to be as Il Divo

personally I like them .. if i have one criticism though is that most of there arangements of songs these day are a bit on the slow side and could do with being speeded up a tad

I've only heard of Bombay Mix. Il Divo is Simon Cowell's creation no? Anyway, who cares?

Ah, thanks for the clarification. Not a fan of cross-over music at the best of times - I've got pop CDs and opera CDs in my collection but no popopera, nor am I likely to have at any time in the future. You're right about the arrangement - I don't like Andrea Bocelli, either, but at least he did a better job with this song and it didn't sound like a dirge.

yeah Bocelli and Brightman's version is very good and takes a lot of beating .. it's not my favourite Il Divo cover at all, personally i prefer some of their older stuff as it's not as slow
