Nice for somebody to answer Dermots questions, good choice Bryan. (I know he really wanted to shag her, did he know she's 17?)

The look on the other contestants faces hahaha

As a Canadian and member of the Commonwealth he did the patriotic thing in backing our Princess.

Well done Bryan, you are forgiven for the Robin Hood song.

Or she's the only one on the show who isn't a complete prick and has talent too.

He didn't actually know her name though, he just said 'the girl in the blue dress'. I think that Dermot put him in a corner and he said the first thing that came into his mind - that's how it came across to me anyway.

His mind was a blank while that close to her.

It happened to people with Princess Diana as well.

Or looking at it another way, he backed 'the lady in the blue dress' to cover up the fact that he couldn't come up with a name...

To be honest, I think he just pointed at the nearest person.

They did say that Bryan had watched the show last night, but obviously won't remember all their names.

He did say write your own songs and sing live!

Wise words...
