I started a thread the other day about Lorraine creeping round Anthony and got shot down, then there she is at it again tonight.
If anyone says anthing to him, she jumps to his defence. I really can't understand it, he couldnt be bothered to pass her her hairbrush the other day.

Up until IAC I'd always been pretty much indifferent to Antony, I'd seen all the past critisism and dislike for him over on the DS soaps forum and thought maybe it was uncalled for, after all dislike for a TV character is one thing, but a dislike for the person playing that role is another matter. Well since seeing how he's behaving in IAC I can totally see why some people dislike him so much. As I said I was indifferent to him before this, but now I dislike him more and more the more we see what he's really like. The impression I've got is that he's a nasty piece of work who looks to pick, bitch and try and spark off arguments whereever possible. His attitude towards Fatima especially is shocking in my opinion. Fair enough if he doesn't like her, but at times the way he acts reminds me of a school bully, always looking for an opportunity to turn others against her. To be honest I'm beginning to wonder if he's maybe a little jealous of Fatima and her acheivements, the amount of times he goes on about the olympics.Everytime I watch he seems to be saying "Fatima thinks she's in the olympics." I think he mentions it more than her lol. Yes Fatima has her faults also, but I really hate the way Antony seems to have it in for her. He accused her of being "like a dog with a bone", but I think he needs to look at himself.

Agree. I love Corrie, but never had much of an opinion on Anthony, whereas my OH won't even come in the room when its on, in case he catches sight of Anthony

I live in Mancs and his rudeness to us poor civilians is notorious. He's rude, smug and arrogant.
Some of his cast mates are bigging him up on twitter, others are very conspicuous in their absence.

I heard that him and Kim Marsh are running the show at Corrie and we all know how stroppy she can be.

I remember him on Soapstar Superstars and thought he came across as a arrogant tosser on that so not surprised at this behavior
