Technosonic WCT2816T Widescreen TV
I'm looking for a new widescreen TV, I'm not after anything too expensive, finances are a bit tight at the moment so I was budgeting around £160 to £200.
Now I've seen that Somerfield have in a Technosonic WCT2816T 28" Widescreen TV for £159.99 (I think it was reduced from £179.99). Looks like a pretty good telly, okay I can't expect much for £160, but I was wondering if anyone had one of these TVs and could they tell me if they are Nicam stereo or not? Rob |

Will do, it seems pretty good for the money.
I'm hoping to buy a cheap DVD player with Dolby Digital & Dolby Pro Logic II as well and get surround sound on TV programs, I've seen an LG one which seems to fit the bill at £130, or one with a Nicam video built in for £200 on Comet. Ahh the joys of moving in to a new place. Rob |

If you are getting a dvd player with a built in surround sound processor bear in mind that many will not take signals from your tv and therefore you will only get surround sound from a dvd. The best thing to do is buy a cheap ish dvd player and a seperate surround sound kit.
