Hello, and welcome to the (once again, slightly delayed) fith live show of The Change Up, hosted by myself, gav016 and the amazing unclekevo! So without futher ado, let's say hello to our four incredible judges, and their acts.

Hey there judges . Dylan will be along in a bit, and he'll catch up with comments then! So, kicking off our show tonight, let's say hello to the amazing Carlisle and the overs, and see what he has in store for us!

First up, opening tonights show with an explosive number, channeling her inner alternative rock goddess, it's Hollie Burnes!

Hollie: This was a really good opening to the show, Hollie! I've said from the beginning that I love your voice and your song tonight was a perfect fit for your voice, however, I do think that you're starting to get a bit repetitive, I'd like to see you tackle something a bit more uptempo and upbeat! I know you'd be amazing and you'd just shine even more. I've also always said that you've been one of the most consistent and I still think that tonight, I just want you to change it up a little!

Hollie

Hollie, I absolutely loved that vocal performance. It was emotional, stunning, and perfect for your voice. There isn't much I can say - you are one of my favorites in the competition, and I think that you have delivered some of the strongest performances thusfar in the competition. Well done!

Hollie Burnes
My goodness, Hollie! That was hot stuff. You totally rocked that performance it was so atmospheric and … wow! Breathtaking stuff there. I’m really pleased with how seem to be received so I couldn’t wait to give you this song. It’s so ~you~ and I’m really happy with how it went, hopefully the voters will be – too! One of your best performances so far, Hollie.

So on the whole, a good start there from Hollie, but it's starting to get a liiiittle repetitive for Tyjet. As Dylan isn't here, we'll move on to the next act, and say hello to the fantastic Jag02010 and his groups! What's next, Justin?

Alright everyone, here are the fantastic Miss Frank singing a funky Toni Braxton number, "Make My Heart!"

My hometown is Las Vegas, NV, where Toni had a long-running show in one of the hotels.

Miss Frank: Ladies, this is EASILY your best performance to date! That was a fantastic song choice from your mentor. In THIS competition, you're far and away my favourite group (Little Mix take this IRL!), and I've been really enjoying your progress so far! Keep it up!

Miss Frank

Girls, that was FANTASTIC! I have to agree with Tyjet, I think this is your best performance to date in this competition. It was spot-on perfect. I think you are easily among the most consistent performers in this competition - never really having ever received a smidgen of bad criticism - and with this performance, I can see you all cracking the finals! I loved it.

Miss Frank
In theory, this was an okay performance. However, it wasn't anything exceptional which was a bit disappointing. It sounded more like something Alexandra Burke would sing, rather than you talented girls! It was all a bit up-tempo and I think there were much better Toni Braxton songs you could have sung to really convey the emotion & still have the fun factor I think your mentor was aiming at. Didn't work perfectly for me tonight, unfortunately.

So, a slightly more mixed response there for Miss Frank, but emphatic praise from Tyjet!

Next up, are Dylanpartyon and his girls! As he's not here at the moment, I'll introduce the first girl for him.

Singing a track by the amazing Dublin-based band The Coronas is the gorgeous Despina Pilavakis

Despina Pilavakis
This was a really emotional performance, Despina. You really got across the inner meaning of the song, I believe, and I think that was stunning! Not my favourite performance of yours but in context that was pretty fantastic, well done. Despina will be sailing through another week, for sure!
Tyjet

Despina: Well done, Despina! I quite enjoyed that! It wasn't my favourite performance from you, but in my opinion it's definitely one of your best. It was nice to actually hear something a little different from you, especially something as, as Carlisle said, emotional as this! Very well done!

Despina

I think it's really interesting giving you a man's vocals to sing tonight. And unfortunately, that was really the only thing which has differentiated this performance from a lot of your other vocals. I feel like things are getting a little same-y for you, and I would love to see you really step up and sing something that shocks me. The vocal, as always, was great - I just got bored about halfway through, which, at this stage in the competition, shouldn't be happening.

I want to clarify - I, as always, loved the vocal and the performance - I just want to see something REALLY shocking.

So Despina receives pretty similar comments to Hollie there, an overall good performance, but Justin wants to be SHOCKED. Next up, we're heading over to Tyjet and the first of the evening's boys!

Back again, here are my comments so far:

Hollie - That was right back were I want you to be Hollie. That was a fantastic performance. I think, although a bit different to the normal vocals we are used to here from you, it was very intriging. The song was quite mystical, and made me wanna listen to more of it. I must say, it did take a while to truely get into the song, for me, so maybe others may feel the same. But, once it got in, it truely was brilliant.

Miss Frank - I was actually quite happy when I saw Toni on the list for you. I do like a few of her songs. But, I don't think, this was the best for me. It seems kinda a bit similar to what you have done before. And although that is perfectly fine, I do think you are the most versatile act, and are capable of many things. I would've maybe liked a slightly slower, kinda soft performance. But, apart from that, it was a great performance.

Despina - That was such a brilliant performance Despina. Of course, it is a male vocals, so some may have a bit of trouble picturing or something. But if you can imagine it, I think that would've been a truely haunting performance from you. It was emotional, vocally just stunning. All round an amazing performance. You have really proven to be actually a good allrounder. You have pulled out these kinda haunting performances, like this and the Delilah one, and have also turned it up, like the Fallulah last show, and they have all been brilliant.

First of my boys taking on KT Tunstall, it's Max Vickers!

Max

So, we are back to the girls with guitars!

But, in all honesty, I liked that a lot from you. I think it was a fun performance - which we haven't seen too much of from you, and you delivered it with the faintest bit of sass and conviction which we don't always see from boys in this competition. I rather liked the vocal - I think you did a great job with the performance and the vocal, and it solidifies you as my favorite boy in the competition. Well done.

Max - Although, that wasnt as good as some of your performances, that was still pretty amazing. I loved it soo much. You are one of the most, artistic of all of the acts here, and it is always great to see that. Vocally, as I said not as good as earlier stuff, I think maybe another song choice, would've pushed you right over the edge, over to greatness for me. But, for this stage, that was a brilliant performance.

Max VIckers
Well, KT Tunstall was a ... surprise? I don't think this was your best performance by far, to be honest, Max. In fact, I think it may have been your worst. However, that isn't bad considering before this you have had 4 strong performances. I can see what Tyjet was trying to do for you there and I sort of see it, but I do think it was a bit questionable. Well done to him for taking a risk, though!
Tyjet
21-11-2011
Max: I have no idea what Carlisle's thinking by saying this is one of your worst, I'd say it's one of your best! Regardless, I think this shows that you ARE versatile and can sing a lot of different kinds of songs, I hope people vote for you!

Yet more mixed comments there, our judges can't seem to agree on anything tonight! Let's hope Carlisle and his next over can provoke a more unanimous critique from our judges.
