EastEnders in America (Episode 1 of 4)
EastEnders

Dot and Ian wave Sharon, Michelle and Phil off at the airport on their way to America. Whilst on the plane, Michelle tells Sharon and Phil that Vicki will be coming home along with Mark Jnr. They also order some beverages and some food to eat. After they've landed, they get a taxi into New York as quickly as they can. Before Michelle pays, a surprise visitor turns up saying that he'll pay the taxi fare. Michelle and the gang can't thank them enough so offers him to come home with them and have a drink. They get home and the man reveals that he's Mark Fowler Jnr and Vicki's away. But he tells them that Vicki shouldn't be that long hopefully. Phil then asks who's Mark's dad and he tells him that....

Mark reveals that Grant is his father and Phil is amazed at this shock revelation. Michelle tells Phil that she and his brother had a one night stand just before she left in 1995 and they produced Mark together. She never meant to get pregnant but also didn't want to have an abortion either. Sam and David phone the three of them in America, just wondering how everyone is. Phil tells Sam that he will be coming home on the next flight available. And asks her to book him, her and David on a flight to Portugal in a week time. She tells him that she will do it as soon as she can. Phil says to Sharon and Michelle that he will be going home and they tell him that they'll stay on until the end of the week. At the end, Phil arrives at the airport and departs America for a trip back to Walford.

She demands him if he can go and see his dad and tell him that he and Sharon were in the act together. BRYAN KIRKWOOD TO LEAVE EASTENDERS!!!!
Bryan Kirkwood is to step down as EP of EastEnders when his contract runs out very soon. He decided not to renew the contract a few hours ago. Members of the public have not liked Kirkwood being the EP and that the show has been on the decline for many months. It is rumoured that John Yorke will replace Bryan when he leaves the show.

EastEnders in America (Episode 4 of 4)
Grant reveals to Michelle and Sharon that he's on the run from the police - he murdered somebody. He tells them that he had to flee or else he'd be put into prison. Courtney and Mark bond with each other, they discuss who's their father. She is shocked when Mark reveals that her dad is his father so they're half brother and sister. Vicki meets up with Courtney and Mark and tells them they need to pack so they can board the plane. At the airport, Grant and his daughter refuse to fly back to England now but say they might fly over in a few days. As Michelle, Sharon and Vicki board the plane, Grant says goodbye to Mark and tells him everything will be okay and he'll see his dad again but not now. They have a comforting talk but then he has to get onto the plane with the other 3 people. At the end of the episode, Michelle, Sharon, Vicki and Mark are sitting on their seats ready to fly home.

At the start of the episode, Shirley gets a knock on the door and it's Aunt Sal asking where Phillip is. She tells her that he's in America with Michelle and Sharon at the moment. Mandy has a shock when her daughter turns up - it's Lola! She reveals to her long lost daughter that she had another child but died the same day. Zainab and Denise start work once again in the Minute Mart, with Patrick telling them that he's selling the shop. He tells them that Denise and Kim can have it. And the two sisters agree with his decision - they are now owners of the Minute Mart. Kat gets a phone call from Jean that Alfie's died and flees from Lynne's house to return to Walford. Mo spots Tyler, Anthony, Whitney and Lauren having a foursome when she goes to collect some antiques. Soon, Tyler sees Mo and tells her to get out. At the end, Lola tells Mandy that she doesn't want to know her anymore.
Obviously, if this was a real EE episode they wouldn't show the foursome.

Kat closes the Vic for the day as a tribute to Alfie, and rings Stacey that she needs somebody after Alfie's death and doesn't know what to do. Jean reassures her that Stacey will come back but Kat isn't so sure that will happen.

New Executive Producer of EastEnders John Yorke has said that a shock person will return in a few weeks as he takes over.
