I've just installed two more LNBs and a switch to get F1 next year.
The additional satellites are received fine.

The problem is that the Humax Foxsat will not now allow me make two simultaneous recordings.

Cable 1 is directly from the 28.2 LNB, Cable 2 is from the same LNB but via a Diseqc switch.

Have I set the system up incorrectly?

The switch needs to be on lnb1
