I agree with you. I think he knows that he is probably coming over as a bit of an arse but he doesn't care really. For that I actually admire him. As you said, he comes out with everything the other contestants are thinking. They are all hungry in there. Sinitta was being so completely and utterly irritating with her screaming and twitchy hands. Why did she go into the jungle? She knows what the programme is all about. Maybe she just couldn't see past the cheque at the end ? (although I'm sure she has plenty).

He is trying to impress the 2 young girls and Mark and Dougie, this shone through when he picked his team, he was forced to take Chrissy and then made her feel like a piece of shit, he is patronising to the older ladies, the bloke needs to realise he is not as young as he was, he also needs to realise, he was a complete bellend when he was young

Pat is doing a good job at shaking the others out of their comfort zones and fake smiles. The programme was getting a bit boring up until the teddygate thing.
Chrissy, the biggest attention seeker in the jungle, is on to him and is clearly livid that his plan worked. But at least she is not afraid to speak out.
Antony Cotton is mildly entertaining too. He has more faces than a fifty pence piece when it comes to his tactics. He is getting muddled with who he wants his friends and enemies to be.
I am still loving watching Fatima, Lorraine, Sinitta, Jessica Jane, Emily and Mark also.
The rest not mentioned have been too quiet and haven't wanted to rock the boat.

I went right off her last night...boo hoo hoo, "I'm not bothered that I wasn't included" ..and then proceeded to go on to throw a hissy fit and march off to the bush telegraph to moan her ar*e off about her 'treatment' by the other campmates. I would have had more respect for her if she had said this to their faces and even to Mark when he was addressing it with her.

he might be a knob in real life but then I don't know him personally. However, love what he's doing on the show! He is saying what most of us think and pointing out that you just get on with it. If any of them had a really serious phobia, they wouldn't have made it on to the show (or contemplated it). Yes, of course he is playing to the camera but in a totally different way than the others. I thought the teddy bear saga was hilarious! He admitted he was stirring things up on purpose and it's obvious he is. Let him get on with it so there is some life in the program other than bland 20 somethings and some very self concious elders (chrissy and Lorraine). Steph and Willie just try to get on with it as well but are a bit bland. At least Fatima doesn't care and Anthony was hilariously bitchy but is now starting to just seem petulant. Having said that I did love his' just let me get on with my moan' spat. Use that line myself.
