Hi Freckles, good to see you again whenever you have the time to pop in. Yeah, she looked fab and it was just a shame that they didn't win, although I think they were pretty pleased just to have been nominated... but a win would definitely have been lovely
I agree I must admit I smiled today when I saw MT described as an Olivier nominated show

Haven't the tweets and reviews for MT been amazing?! Such a happy and proud Flavette, they deserve it so much

P.S. Anyone got any ideas on how I can persuade my mum/dad to take me to Bristol when they're there? O
you dont have a birthday or exams coming up that you could use ... good luck

Last year’s tour was highly successful and was the fastest selling show of the year in many of the venues. Producers Arlene Phillips and Adam Spiegel are pleased to announce that box office sales in London and around the country have exceeded all expectations and Midnight Tango has now taken almost £10 million at the box office

Just noticed that I used the word "huge" twice in one sentence - not good.

Must be the excitement!

Well personally I think 'HUGE' is a pretty good word to use these days when talking about the 'HUGE' success they are having

We all knew it was going to be unbelievable from the very beginning, but this is just MINDBLOWING levels of success for them! They deserve every little bit of it, because they've worked so bloody hard for this I think this warrants a *happy dance*

Yep, *happy dance* away

I wonder what their next project will be. Good to know they are thinking about another show after this one, even if we have to wait until the end of 2013 to find out more about it. It'll be interesting to see what they follow Midnight Tango up with.

Wow, that is incredible! They must be so delighted. It's an amazing achievement and so great that they are not just dancing in the show but have choreographed and helped to create it They should be very proud!

Good Morning World!!

A wet and windy day pretty well everywhere. Take the brolly with you, but dont open it or you may get carried away.

MT opens in Saaaafend tonight - only 14 weeks to go!

Enjoy your day!

I don't think anyone could have imagined when MT was first announced the year before last, just how successful it would become.

I was hoping that they would get enough bums on seats to make it worthwhile, but then things went a bit crazy!!

Good Morning World!

Absolutely nothing good about the weather though - unremittingly crap, I think., Gales and rain pretty well all day. That forecast seems to fit wherever you are.

Added to that, I'm off to the dentist first thing - a filling fell out last week.

No reviews up yet - no doubt they will come through later in the day.

Enjoy your day, that is - if you can avoid the wind and rain (and dentists)

Re the new Strictly news.... at least its not one of the other likely contenders is my first reaction... but she will have to get MUCH TOUGHER (and not just "Jennifer Grey - liking everything") to gain respect.

Absolutely soaked getting to work this morning... and my flippin boots are leaking....
and my trousers were soaking.... (thankfully I had a spare pair in my cupboard or I would not be a happy chappy)....

Only good thing on the horizon is a little trip to the Essex coast on Saturday....

Chucking it down here too, but nothing unusual for us and just any normal day in April.

I have mixed feeling about Darcey returning. I don't think she is the best choice, but I don't think she is the worst either. I am one of the very few that liked Alesha on the show and in particular the last year she was probably my favourite judge even if her scores were a bit OTT sometimes.... ... I liked her personality, which is something I found lacking in Darcey last time. Maybe she is just a little quiet and will make her mark with a permanent place on the panel every week. I am preferring her to any of the other names bandied about, other than Karen Bruce who would have been my number one choice.

I was a bit 'Meh' about it when I first heard, but the more I think of it the more I realise that there really isn't many others I would rather see in her place.

Liked all those reviews.... even the one that seemed to have been written by someone who appeared to have swallowed a dictionary and thesaurus together.

The reviews have been brilliant, and I like the ones that give a * rating even if they do use big words. Great review though.
