Erin and Katya are in the Christmas special, which they're filming on Monday, so they're probably too busy training for that.
Natalie might well be too tall to partner Robbie.
If a stand-in is needed, my guess is it will be Flavia, as the last female pro out.

I thought she might be taller than Robbie, especially with heels, but I don't know for sure. If she's dancing with Robbie on the tour, then I guess she's not too tall for him.

I hope Flavia is the 'rent-a-pro' for the girls, lol...but I reckon since Natalie would be dancing with him on tour, that it would be her drafted in. 
I'm sure Ola will be fine and there won't be any need to bring on a Sub for her.....
I hope she is anyway, as even though I would love to see Flav back on the show, I really hope Ola is alright and can continue!

I have a feeling it was something like they pros do on ITT... perhaps a Bungee jump or something like that... although why she would need tests for that is anyone's guess.
