I'd love to see Gary, Tulisa, Dannii and perhaps Tom Fletcher (McFly) to replace Louis? I'd love to see what a man younger than 40 would do when being a mentor.

I'd like Gary and Tulisa to go. Gary too smug and too harsh. Tulisa has an awful lack of musical knowledge and is a massive hypocrite.

I seem to be in the minority but I like Kelly, and I think we need Louis to keep some sort of consistency. I'd love Charlotte Church to be a judge (though she'd be more suited to The Voice) because she's feisty and knows her stuff, and would love Will Young as a male judge.

I'd also love Dannii back... but also hope that she's moved on from the whole charade now.

I've always said that Annie would be a great mentor. The chances of her doing X Factor are zero though. We do need a Scot on the panel so as ever I suggest KT Tunstall. She's smart, credible, hilarious and down to Earth. Not sure if she has a high opinion of reality TV though.

They have to keep Louis but make him "head judge". I agree with the poster who said a younger male would be a welcome addition to the panel. Will Young I guess would be a good signing but maybe one of the McFly guys wold work.

Bonnie Tyler would be a fun judge too, she's nice but a bit nuts too.

I feel they should all go. Kelly's getting on my nerves with the way she acts sometimes, Tulisa is just ridiculously limited in her musical knowledge (how can she not know any Aretha Franklin songs?), Gary's very up himself & Louis is...just Louis.

Mind you, if they get rid of them all, they might bring someone in like Pixie Lott!

Umm...it was one Aretha Franklin song, not all of them. She definitely knows Aretha Franklin because there was an audition (can't remember who) and she knew it.
