I thought the songs used on the programme tonight were very apprioate in adding to the mood and tension of the programme.
but I didnt know what most of them were called. I knew the aerosmith - dont want to miss a thing but after that nothing. There was a song played few times that I liked but didnt knwo what was called, wondered if people could help by listing background music for tonights shows? thanks

Well, as a massive All Saints fan I know that Shaznay Lewis' 'I've Never Felt like this Before' showed up once. As did the fab Oasis song 'Little by Little' and I'm sure there was another one of theirs too at some point.

Hope that helps. Sorry I can't give you more info!

"Teardrop" by Massive Attack was also playing when Sharon was deciding who to put through at one point. Love that song.

There was a little bit of Westlifes Flying without wings thrown in there for good measure

Louis' final choices backing tracking was 'Flying Without Wings' by Westlife (who else!), Sharon's was 'Don't Want to Miss a Thing' by Aerosmith (rockier to reflect her background), and Simon's was a Whitney Houston track (I think it s called 'I Believe'). Watch Pop/American Idol, and Simon almost always has a Whitney track as his 'dramatic' music.

The song that I heard that really NEED to know what it was - was - quite an ambient track, very slow bpm, no drums, quite sombre, just begins with a string ala Moby-Porcelain style.

I have heard this track used on many dramas one I remember was the finale of Dream Team (sky one) two series back but have never been able to work out what the track was!

A really great track!

The track is 'God moving over the face of the waters' by Moby and it is, indeed, a great track. I'm not sure which Moby album it's on, but it is on the Heat Soundtrack album, and used to great effect in that movie.

Another song that was used during Sharon's section was Phil Collins "against all odds"
