Yes I did rewatch it and it did seem that way from the clip as it was shown - I am just wondering with the editing whether bits were missed out of the convo with Mark in the shower which would explain better his comments. Anyway, I think I've pondered enough on it - Aaron and Faye have moved on and are happy in Poppet palace

at that point, neither maisy nor aaron had any idea faye was interested in aaron. faye did a good job of treating him as just a friend.

if either maisy or aaron knew how faye felt -- if she even knew at that point -- nothing would've happened between maisy and aaron.

regardless, maisy was up for it, and would've gone back for more if faye hadn't been upset. and there would've been nothing wrong with that.

but that's one of the reasons i really like maisy. she was a great friend to both of them by not being upset and just backing away. definitely a cool chick.

Totally agree. She acted in a very mature manner and was cool about her own rejection.

i'd love to know the answer to that, and to aaron's "that thing with maisy, that was supposed to be you," which he said more than once.

they really should stay together, because they're both laughably bad at the starting up part.

And like you said previously, the good grace which Maisy took the rejection with and Aaron, on more than one ocassion saying, 'it wasn't meant to be her, it was meant to be you'.

She seemed to be giving him away hoping he wouldnt go,then realised he can actually go and she wanted him back for keeps.Aaron was just enjoying all the antettion,feeling young again.Dont forget he is a footballer and has seen it all before.

She said she was too hot, and as Aaron was cuddling her, asked him to spoon Maisy instead..

Though there was also something about her threatening to elbow him in the face if he tried to kiss her neck again! Which I suspect was more the situation than anything, wouldn't want him moving in with Maisy there as well....

You have just reminded me of something! Do you remember us all pehaps thinking 'harsh' when Faye said that to Aaron, then cleary visable on her neck/shoulder area was a love bite, I think this is what she meant.
