i wouldn't mind if the quiz thing on BOTS was Aaron vs Jay with Alice hosting it and with Jamie somehow involved or vice versa.
both have strong enough fanbases that would tune in for them and all that sort of crap.

Yes, I much preferred BBLB to Big Mouth/BOTS. I never saw the point of all that peurile toilet humour and Emma never seemed very suited to it.

you have just pretty much filled up the panel though with a walker and someone who didn't make the final. I am talking about a regular spot on there (like Victor who although not a winner is special imho - not sure that either Faye or Mark fall into that category. just imho of course)

I think we can take it that Aaron as the winner will be on. There will possibly be guest spots for the other HMs from this year and previous years but it is no way guaranteed that Faye or Mark will be on there at all.

Maybe the mention of them both 'having something lined up' is regular stints' on Bots. Individually hopefully.

I can see some merit in that - except that 'Jay is pretty inarticulate and hasn't done anything to help himself in that regard since he came out. His interview with Brian was dreadful and have you seen that interview with the Mcr Evening News - lloks like he is having to be held up by Louise and clearly has no idea what to say - albeit he looks totally bored by the whole thing.

Victor is def special, imo also! Aaron will def be on and if he isn't replacing Josie I'd be a bit miffed tbh.

I think the dynamic would be more interesting if the quiz was between 2 hm's rather than a hm and Jamie. I'd love that to be Faye cos her and Aaron would just be hilarious baiting eachother, especially if they had to do a forfeit or something for losing. I do actually agree as well that Aaron v Jay/Anton would be good viewing also, although i personally think Anton would be far better. They could do Aaron V a previous great HM, but I just don't think the dynamic would be as good as 2 hm's who really know eachother well. Although if it was a past HM I'd quite like Rex.

As for Faye imo, it doesnt matter that she didn't reach the final she was quick witted and a fast thinker and that makes a good panellist. I doubt she'd get more than the odd guest slot also (which I'd much prefer than geordie shores or towie people). But if she got more I wouldn't think it was unfair or she was underserving. She was far more a part of this years show than Louise Tom or Alex.

eta, the post you were replying to I was referring specifically to the quiz as opposed to the regular show. Mark would be awful as a weekly pannelist as they found out! I'm mainly speculating rather than saying what I'd like! I'd far prefer Faye Anton or a past hm to do the quiz as the other team catain!

Any idea where this was mentioned as I can't remember - I know Aaron's mate tweeted that Aaron had loads of stuff in the pipeline but can't remember anything else.

Mark did get an awful lot of 'air time' on Bots for a walker Admitedly, cringey crap, but Bots must have liked his 'I'll do anything to be on Tele' approach for the little skits. He was Bl**dy awful when he was live on the thing.

i wouldn't be surprised if they are shoving media training down his throat an he's getting annoyed/bored with it... he looked like he was going to heave in that video clip/interview with Louise... she seems to be the boss in that area of things... he's got his mam and his bird doing some of the talking for him.. fair cop if that how he wants it.

BIB - yes I can some merit in that - Anton would be a good one imho certainly better than Jay. I think whoever it was though they would build a dynamic as the show went on. It certainly does need to someone articulate and quick - and that cuts alot of them out for sure. god can you imagine Alex v Louise?

yes I agree - lots of the "didn't we Jay.." and "haven't we Jay" stuff going on....in much the same way as your mum does when you are ten and are reluctant to talk to the old aunt with furry whiskers and an odd looking eye!
