I think Aaron and Faye both get alot of positive comments and feedback on twitter and facebook about their relationship tbh. I've seen alot worse for other HMs in the past. I know some think Aaron reads this forum, but I really very much doubt he has much time or inclination at the moment to do so on a regular basis. My feeling is that he mainly just sees facebook/twitter responses.
Also I think this thread is largely positive towards Faye and their relationship. The main forum may be a different matter but not much we can do about that. |

I think that is about as far as I got before the urge to smash my face repeatedly against the wall got too much.
(plus I have already sailed a bit close to a "holiday" recently) ![]() This next bit might sound a bit sexist but I think much of the criticism towards Faye is from jealous ladies. As speaking from a male perspective, Faye did little wrong. Yes at times she went cool on Aaron but that was in respect of others influencing her mind. The only minor criticism I have of her was the Love story episode when she made a terrible attempt at a joke. When she intimated Aaron wasn't happy with what she was wearing. It was just a poor timing on her part in an attempt to lighten the mood, after Tom & Louise's sketch. |

Its interesting how we see things so completely differently isn't it? But I will leave it at that given I can't be bothered.
There were a few other instances, one being when she told him one night to never speak to her again. He knew she wasn't being serious as it was obviously just a late night temper tantrum. Yet he waited all day to go to her? From a female perspective you guys would probably blame Faye for lashing out. However from a male perspective it was a nothing altercation. Aaron really should have sorted it long before he chose to do so. |

No it was not a good joke. But you NEVER say "is that what you are wearing" to a female unless you fancy sleeping with one eye open for a week.

No need to reply just giving an alternate perspective.

Morning. ![]() Ok, I've solved the whole grey top thing from yesterday. Aaron did infact wear it on other occasions, it wasn't borrowed. Plus, it turns out he's actually wearing it in one of the screencaps I grabbed for my video! In fairness it's under the green cardie so I didn't recognise it sans cardigan.Anyway, it was a nice top. We can now get on with our lives. Quote:
Which day was the nominations day when Anton tried to get Aaron and Faye up?

Maybe it depends on the female. I would have no problem with someone saying that to me. To me its a perfectly reasonable comment.
I will hold my hands up and admit to being a stroppy mare. ![]() However, maybe she was a bit down about the whole "love story" thing too? Tom was in full Spite Sprite mood, it probably wasn't nice for either. Timing of said statement is the thing I think. Funnily enough the next day at work, a (newly married) male friend of mine who knows I am a BB fan, but only watched now and again said "did you see what that bloke said to his girlfriend last night?? I would have been drop kicked!" ![]()

its interesting that not so long after that spat she was dissing his choice of shirts and clothes in general with Tom so tbh what is sauce for the goose and all that.
I am not actually being critical here towards either. Couples have silly arguments over very little, sometimes.

No, Aaron made Faye cups of coffee that day and just gave her space until she had calmed down. It's not his fault she couldnt even remember what shed said.

Women are allowed to take the mickey. I will let you in to a we secret, if it's done with a cute smile on your face, then we kind of like it. ![]() Quote:
Yes this situation was a bit silly. Not speaking to her because of what she said the night before while all were a little tipsy. The next day when Faye didn't know why he would not speak to her i think was because she could not remember what had happened or what she had said the night before!.. Just bad communication on their parts. But towards the end i got the feeling they learnt how to deal with each other better.
It also doesn't help when others continue to give their ten pence worth. |

So, I've re-watched week 3.
Watching the fake dog task back it shows just how trusting Aaron is with his friends, to the point where I suspect many of those in his circle of mates are able to regularly play tricks on him. Mark completely sets Aaron and Jay up to be pretend dogs in, it has to be said, pretty neatly. Later, Aaron takes the shopping list into the Diary Room and it's actually Big Brother who initiates the conversation that leads them to reveal that no task has been set. He leaves the Diary Room ready to have words with Mark and Harry, but Mark fairly easily convinces him that the task is real so Aaron carries on pretending to be a dog. Despite Big Brother categorically stating they have set no tasks Aaron chooses to believe his joker mate who just a couple of days earlier pursuaded him to stand in a certain position so he could punch him in the nuts. As intelligent as Aaron is...he's a gullible sod sometimes.

Morning everyone.
All quiet on the Twitter front today. Aaron's not getting many twitter messages either. I assume all the diehards are using FB? I was watching the letters from home clips today and noticed that Faye's mum made it sound as though she has a special bond with Faye. Not only that she didn't mention Jem in the letter at all but did mention Aaron. I'd imagine that might have been a bit upsetting for Jem. She certainly looked a bit put out towards the end of the FB clip. I think this may partly explain why Jem turned against Aaron (and, to a certain extent, Faye) in the next few days. It may also help to explain why Faye's mum nominated Aaron in the friends and family noms in order to even things out for Jem. |

If that's the case, then Jem obviously wouldn't have been mentioned in the letter as she hadn't gone into the house at the point it was supposedly written. |

The lack of tweets from both Aaron & Faye yesterday could be completely innocent, or not.
I dread to think either of them came onto this forum after Aaron had posted that he was going furniture shopping with his quote 'amazing girlfriend' yesterday. What they would have found was lots of negativity towards Faye, much of it from Aaron supporters. If I was in Aaron's shoes I'd stop posting any info on either Twitter of Facebook altogether, if that is the kind of response it's going to get. Where is all this alleged negativity about Faye on this thread ? All I see is broad support and good wishes for them both. Quote:
