Are Jay and Louise deliberately playing up to the "Shameless, Chav" stereotype? Or does it just come naturally?

i think they're playing it up a bit, but only because they're encouraged to do so.

i think people, starting with jay's mother, tell them they're wonderful, so they believe it....

Sadly it comes naturally but is helped along by extreme desperation for fame and cash.

They wouldn't do it as a deliberate ploy unless there was some benefit in doing so which I doubt there is. Thus, I suspect it is just how they are.

It doesn't really bother me, though. Each to their own

It just makes me laugh that BB put the nasty tag on Aaron when he has been just funny and endearing in his tweets while Harry (even if he does pass it off as his sense of humour) has not shunned from being quite nasty in his tweets. I remember in the first week Rebekhah said that Harry was a "nasty Nick" character - I sort of laughed it off at the time but it seems there may be a hint of truth in what she said.

I'm glad he's stopped being biassed about who he slates on twitter now!

I actually agree.

Whilst I can understand that people find Harry's bitchiness funny, my issues is that he didnt show this in the house.

I see that he did have game plan -maybe more so than ppl realise.

For instance in the latest video curtesy of Chris on the Faaron thread, there is a scene where Aaron comments on how Harry looks Angry after Jem's arrival.

He admits that he is as he had it all planned out of when people were going each week ...etc.

Also Aaron makes a comment about how alluding to how he's not in the other gang and why is Harry his friend. Harry then says I know that is why I have to talk to the other's .

I do respect housemates that suppress their character in the house because then I know for sure that I am not voting for the real person. Every HM does that to an extent but Harry has gone from one extreme to another.

Very true, but now he is out of the house I don't think Harry really cares any more. He was one of the biggest game players in the house: although he sided with Aaron as he perceived Aaron to be the chosen one, he kept sweet with Jay and Anton, but I am not sure if he had any genuine love for anyone (other than possibly Alex) in the house as he doesn't shy away from insulting them all now he's out of the house. I don't really understand him - whether he genuinely is just taking the pee out of everyone for a laugh or whether he doesn't actually like them - it's hard to know. Loyalty is not a word I would associate with Harry.

Yes agree about him having a game plan - to my mind Harry was probably the biggest game player in the house - I think he fooled a lot of people. I remember Anton (not that he is a reliable source of information ) saying in the crypt that Harry was a completely different person in the diary room to how he was with the housemates!!

i think the same can be said of jay and loo.

they're both way more more bitchier outside the house than they were in.

they can't stop talking about the money. they don't keep in touch with anyone but anton. they trash-talk HMs in the media.


....nine weeks is too short a season for big brother. some people were just starting to show their true colors by the time the show was over.
