Language on Panasonic TX-28PS500

The on-screen menus on my Panasonic TX-28PS500 have changed to French. How do I change them back to English? There isn't anything in the manual about it, and the option for "factory reset" doesn't seem to be an option in the menu anymore (even though it is in French)

Has anyone else had this problem? It was fine yesterday - and I haven't been messing with it, honest.

i have bought the same tv (TX-28PS500) on 9-11-2004 set it up fine, the next day menu's changed to FRENCH how and why?can anyone help
