He is really pervy. When he followed the 2 girls down to the pool all i could think of was what a dirty old man! Was it me or did he seem quite proud of that statement, why else would he blurt it out to the camp!

I think Pat's trying desperately to be this maverick character, who's really un-pc and cool.

Oh dear what's with all the exclamation and damned indignation on here for?? Oh yeah it's because someone older made a sexist comment bet if it was someone fit none of you would have batted your eyelids... People so easily shocked by a stupid comment nothing more nothing less..

For me, it's not so much one comment, but an accumulation of comments and the way he acts. He would cheese me off no end. I find him pervy and creepy like some dirty old man.

It wouldn't have been the same said by a younger person though. Why would they say something like 'if Britney was my daugher I'd still be bathing her?' As Pat Sharp IS old enough to be Britney's dad it came across as completely perv and made me shudder.

One thing you can guarantee on shows like this is how active the moral police are.

You can just see it now - someone who is bland with very little personality will win (like Dougie). Whilst the big characters like Pat, Anthony, Mark, Sinitta get voted off first on the basis that they have some personality flaw that hypocritical perfectionists complain about.

And we see it on the spin-off show with non-entities like Jade Ewen saying who she likes. Quite frankly, who the hell is Jade Ewen to make moral judgements on a group of celebs on a game show. A failed ex singer who performed a disastrous song at Eurovision. All they seem to get on these shows is jealous/hypocritical failures or unfunny up themselves comics without a career.

I really do wish we could let entertainers win these shows just for once. It is an entertainment show after all. But people insist on turning it into a soap opera.

It all reminds me of how certain "villains" on soaps get abusive mail, shouted at in the street etc. People need to get a grip on reality - this is a game show. It's not meant to be real life.
