I was just watching a bit of live feed basket ball day Josie and John are relaxing during the break talking about when she comes over to OZ and how far the airport is to his house. He said it was about an hour's drive. Josie was fully planning to go to OZ and stay in a hotel nearby him but john was insistent that she was staying with him in his granny flat. I wonder how different things would have been if Josie had made the time to make that trip, would his friends have felt differently about her if they had actually met her, although Turtle and Minzz had none of the others did.

Oh ey He's covered with BGas - got a man who has rods coming round before 6pm - Wend was on the case Sorted now, but its difficult when you call the number and you have your deaf father shouting in your ear what to say, I had to ask him to stop couldn't concentrate on the phone call and him at the same time - it could be said I can't multi - task

Can't multi task Wendy say it isn't so ALL WOMAN CAN MULTI TASK IT IS THE LAW. Jim is always asking me how can you watch the tele and type on your lap top at the same time, impossible for him but easy peasy lemon oh squeezy for me. Only failed to multi task once Jim and I went fishing at steppers point and I was trying to hold my rod, read a book and eat a packet of crisps at the same time . Something had to give and the book fell in the River Camel lol

Oh I can multi-task, just not with two conversations going on in my head, one of which is out shouting the other I guess I should have my hearing looked at - nahhhh it's just GD's shouting that out drones the phone conversation lol

pmsl Just re read and saw the crisps, rod and book sentence - I think that would have had the better of all of us Carole

ha love fishing it is so relaxing just sitting there in the quiet and waiting, we use to go at night as well before the kids were born. we had the tilly lamp and a flask of hot chocolate and snacks and then we we would just sit there in silence listening to the stillness of the night. Although Jim probably remembers it very differently he would say what a night mare I am to go fishing with I like fishing but don't like any of the work associated with it like putting the bait on the hook and sorting out my line when it gets snagged on seaweed. I like the glory of catching the fish but don't like taking it off the hook or gutting it lol

Afternoon all, hope you are all well Pickles hope your elbow is feeling somewhat better

Just been catching up I can't see Josie finding the time or the inclination to watch BB again; she seems busy and with Xmas coming up and a holiday, I can't imagine it being on her mind much now that she no longer is working in anything BB related. I think she tweeted it during the time the last BB was on, and perhaps it was on her mind then that she might watch her series, but I wonder how seriously she meant it, and really what would be the point. If she did, watching the HL's versus LF wouldn't make much difference, as she was in there she was part of LF

Re. John's fanmail, I could imagine him glancing at it, but I can't see him answering any of it, or even spending too long over it. He hasn't been encouraging or seeking the attention at all recently and I just can't imagine he would want to trawl thru it after all this time.

I do hope he's enjoying whatever he is doing, always thought he'd enjoy working with cars, he seemed to be fixing his friend's car at one point, but it would be nice to know what he's up to, as we all would.

Obviously these are purely my own musings and thoughts, not facts. Barring the bits that are obviously facts

Afternoon Ali

If I was Josie, I would most definately want to watch myself back, know what I was like, know what I said, know what I had done..... I would want to know everything as several thousands of people would see me portrayed on the tv screen. And as for John, if he didn't want to read it, he wouldn't have given a forwarding address for which it could be collected from - he just wouldn't have given a rip. But he did. And this is John, yes he would read it all, meticulously, would he reply, I doubt it but then if letters touched his heart then I believe he would, possibly selectively . Good that we all have differing opinions though

I have to be honest, I would rather listen to the Frankie Valli version. I heard this version on the radio the other day, and it took me a while to realise it was AW.

Made the time? Or been invited to go?

I don't see Josie watching it now either. She said it while she was in the throws of this BB and probably realized by talking to the evicted hgs that the show showed so little of what actually happened that she could have been interested in what was shown for BB11. But she does seem busy, happy, and probably (if we know Josie) has forgotten about that proclamation.

John didn't answer fanmail when he was in the UK, so who's to say he's doing it now. It would be nice, especially for people who have supported him post-split and since he's gone, but I don't think either of them have any responsibility to respond to anyone. It's nice that Josie did that and was so personal, but that was because she's her. Neither need or should be expected to respond.

Afternoon Ali

If I was Josie, I would most definately want to watch myself back, know what I was like, know what I said, know what I had done..... I would want to know everything as several thousands of people would see me portrayed on the tv screen.
But that's not Josie. Josie lives in the moment. She looks to what's happening next. She's not a dweller or reflecter on things. I think that's due to the hard life and times she had and what has allowed her to continue to be a positive, happy person in spite of her past.

Not quite sure why some of you think John wouldn't be keeping busy, or why his friends would be lying? It's possible, of course, he just doesn't want to talk to his supporters any more, or - as he's said before, doesn't know what to say to them, and that they were just making excuses.

I imagine he enjoys his life; he has his family and good friends there, it's summer, he's not far from the beach, his g/f is there, and it's possible he is working too, or studying, or travelling even. I could imagine (with my imagination ) that he keeps himself pretty busy. I think if he were bored he'd be more likely to come online than if he were busy.

Have to disagree with ferfer about John not answering fanmail when in the UK, in the ''what happened next'' didn't we see him having a hissy fit cos he couldn't find a pile of it and blamed Josie on moving it, he even looked under the rug and said it didn't leave the house until it was answered, and the many times Josie tweeted they had been to the post office to send it off. maggi x
