Hi Moira. Hope you're well.

I'm dreading it....if it's anything like last year.
Hi Joyce, I am fine, have a lovely time getting pampered, I know last year was terrible, hope it is not going to be the same.

Got quite a few bits and pieces online already. Just going to get Zoe and Nikki gift vouchers for some of the clothes shops.

Are you organised?
Just a couple of things to get but it's Cindy's 40th birthday prezzy that is causing me a bit of a nightmare. Not sure what to get her. Toying with the idea of a helicopter flight over Edinburgh.

Everyone in my family laughs at me putting up my tree and decorations & lights indoor & out. Its takes me days. I cannot just put them up and leave them. Everything has to get titivated until I'm satisfied with how it looks.....contrast at the other end when everything comes down and put away in a couple of hours
I've been in the attic this afternoon, getting all the baubles and trimmings out, determined to be organised this year

That's a good idea. Would be lovely at night too, with the Castle all lit up.

Need to go for now and get you know who's tea ready. Will try and get back later.

Want Fatima out of the jungle next.

Bye for now.

Can't face the thought of going there now, it's just going to be chaos from now on. Going to Edinburgh on Sunday with friends. Staying overnight on one of those Spa breaks. Don't mind getting snowed in there.
That sounds great, love getting pampered xx

Hi Moira, I would like it to snow on Christmas Eve night but melted away on Boxing Day xx

That's a lovely pressie Cathy, mind you you'd have no chance of getting me in one of those - have you seen those blades

LOL I know the feeling. I don't get much opportunity to see my youngest grandson playing but when I do I'm like the Mitchelin Man with all the layers I put on

Wouldn't go to the Grand Canyon in LVegas on one, instead we did a 14 hour coach trip . Just didn't fancy swooping down to the basin of the Canyon with those great big blades swirling round - ughhhhh - Everyone was well annoyed with me by the time we got back. It would have been a 4 hour trip on the helicopter compared to 14 hours on the coach

I'm the same especially when each year I'm off out to my Daughter's from Chrissy Eve til Boxing Day but I just love having them up. The place look so bare and cheerless when they come down
