Things looked to be good in the budding romance
Although not just so smoothly it kept.”

And here are some new verses

So Jose had the feeling she’d shown herself up

As she’d* shown that she fancied our man

She thought that she looked like a desperate minge

And that really was not in her plan

But Corin and Jo said she’d done nothing wrong

Twas John in the wrong so they said

He was the one that was leading her on

By stroking her thigh in the bed

Later that evening Davina Macaw

Demanded they all had a chance

To show off their talents and put on a show

Of a joke or a skill or a dance

Jose tried to tell jokes but forget every one

As with John there she felt oh so shy

But he immediately came and helped her to shine

And show that on him she could rely

*

But they still were not back to their comfortable selves

And John was still feeling unsure

If sharing a bed with our Josie Jo

Was the right way to go on from here

He expressed his concern to JJ his mate

Who thought that things shouldn’t be changed

So John just kept thinking all inside his head

If perfection still could be arranged

As much as we shouted while watching intensely.
The ‘Love’ word was not one we heard.

And Jose was the same it has to be said.
She could have asked more things as well.
Like why do you snuggle me and hug me at night.
If this thing is one-sided---please tell.
I suppose from the outside we saw all the signs
That they obviously felt both the same
But neither was willing to leave themselves open
Or give these strong feelings a name”

Lyn we need to dedicate the beginning of a thread to all your beautiful poems, so they can be posted by you from start to finish. You are soooo talented love and once again thank you

And a little bit more

It was cold in the garden and while the group talked

Jose brought out her doona for heat

It didn’t take long for John to appear

And join her –our hearts skipped a beat

The rest of the crowd soon scuttled away

And left them to talk on their own

They still felt the need to hide from the world

Under doona they talked in low tone

John's looks were intense as the love it shone through

I think he was seeing the light

And Josie was smiling with sparkling eyes

As feelings they'd no longer fight

John gently removed a bug from her eye

We willed them to kiss--they were close

They said how they didn't need anyone else

And their friendship they never would lose

They moved to the bedroom and Andrew appeared

With Jaffa cake offerings in tow

He said he was glad That John hadn't left

He'd have missed him if he'd had to go

Jose said that she wished Andrew'd come in before

Then he'd be her husband not John

You could almost see John as he gritted his teeth

That jealousy wouldn't be gone.

Evening all, hope everyones well

There s a bit of a bromance going on in the jungle

I think Anthony was amazing. He s such a drama queen and a intriguing personality, I know some ppl dont like him but I found him very etertaining to watch. Fatima is so bossy lol. Mark or Dougie to win.

I think both Dougie and Mark are sweethearts, and knowing Fatima's background etc, I really feel for her too. They're all winners aren't they
