Sounds like a bitter, pressed, has-been. As much as I dislike Gary, he was only giving an opinion. She stooped to his level by mentioning her "suffering" at a Take That concert.

An opinion on somebody who isn't even there to defend themselves. He was trying to be smart and clearly had that one planned.
tbh i thought the same as carol when gary came out with that comment i thought clearly he has not listened to the original song as carol was right she was pitch perfect i remember seing her on a day time show live and fell in love with that song..... shame on u gary......

Of course she should defend herself. He's just told 12m viewers on live TV she couldn't sing at the height of her success and fame.....that's bordering on slander.

She's entitled to defend herself. Absoloutely. But what she's now doing is obsessing over it and using it as an opportunity of attack. Gary's comments were bitchy, but if he feels the original was out of tune in a singing competition.. fair game. Her insulting his weight and calling him "Robbies bitch" shows how pressed she is.
