All latin dancers use their sexuality. Or to put it more precisely, they learn to be sensual in order to be good (Latin) dancers.
But you are right. Ola relies on her body more than anything else. I understand that Robbie is a very limited partner, but she has been like this with all her partners, even Chris. The only interesting piece of choreography Chris did was the charleston which I'm assuming wasn't even choreographed by her. And Robbie wasn't the only limited guy in this competition. Natalie and Flavia were in the same position and they used interesting choreography or actually teaching their partners how to dance to get through.
To be honest I was never excited by James and Ola's addition to the show. I didn't like them very much when they were competing and my feeling didn't change when I saw them on TV. I always found them very uninspiring, and that's not the feeling one wants to stir as a dancer!
