You can tell the Marcus,Misha,Amelia and Talentless Mix fans on here are scared that Janet is still there. its laughable that they focus on Janet and not on their own acts,shows they know Janet is the one to beat!

She has absolutely zero chance of winning; but yes, admittedly I am rather fascinated by how this girl with an average voice, no stage presence, forgets her words etc has managed to amass a considerable legion of mindlessly loyal fans.

I haven't really got a favourite and I have defended Janet tonight but I do think that she is now the weakest of the ones left. She seems a lovely girl and I like her voice. When she has the 'right' song she sounds great but all too often she seems to struggle with songs. I have said on another thread and I will repeat it here, that she would be better off to go now as she wants to steer her careet in a different direction to the "normal" XF winner. She could probably have far more success than if she actually won it. I wish her all the luck in the world.

No if she goes homes or dont win it will be her own fault.
She messed up FULL STOP or where you not listening or not seen the show and voted for her anyway.
Just dont pick on Little Mix AND CALL THEM TALENTLESS or i will call Janet a one trick pony who cant sing or dance and just stands there as if she has shit herself

You want to go on twitter and see what her fans are posting they are not well pleased, do you think she deserves to win then and get paid a million pound for it and the first live concert she does she flops.
This a talent contest or singing contest, she had all week to learn the song she knew it and you say it does not matter.
When she forgot the words last time you can forgive her but not a second time with semi finals coming up then final.


Little MIX are not come not talentless if they were they would be out of the xfactor.

I couldn't care less if she won. Winners don't do very well in recent years. It seems getting to the final 4 gives you a better chance of having a decent career. So, by all means, Janet, Marcus, take the throne.

I dont see how someone could call Little Mix talentless and I am a massive fan of them. I dont dislike anyone, its just that I really like LM, Amelia, Misha and Marcus (just over Janet).

Am I scared of her popularity? Of course I am! Because it means one of my favourites will probably go but I dont spend my time creating negative Janet threads. I focus on Little Mix and hope they stay in. IMHO Janet has done nothing worhty of winning though although I would love her to be more comfortable on stage

But this is a ridiculous post. Automatically defining anyone with a different musical taste from you as "mindless" is ignorant and one-dimensional, showing you have an inability to see past your own narrowminded opinion.

Her fans (of which I am one) simply love the sound of her voice, and want to see her signed and making albums.

You are entitled to not like her, but you are not entitled to "mindlessly" insult all those who do.

Now this is how to present a negative post. The poster who I just quoted in my previous post needs to read this and learn how to express himself without needing to insult everyone else.

Right now, I'm worried for her, as I can't see her getting through after the combination of events of tonight. However, I will vote more than usual, and hope other Janet fans do the same.

Why? Because I want to buy her albums, and for that she needs to be signed, which means getting as far as possible.

I think she is a nice girl with an okay voice, bit of a one trick pony.

To me there are no stand out candidates and really the winner will be the least worst rather than the outstanding candidate.

I did not say Janet fans were mindless. I said they were mindlessly loyal; as in they are prepared to vote every week even though, by their own admission, Janet has been less than great in several (if not most) of her performances. Like I said, I just find it interesting how a girl with no special or original qualities whatsoever has managed to command unfaltering loyalty and admiration from a large group of people.

Besides even if that were true the UK population is a lot higher than Irelands population, so it wouldn't make any difference to numbers, in fact it would put Janet at a disadvantage.

It's not a crime, but forgetting the words to two separate songs demonstrates that she probably wouldn't be able to handle life as a popstar. At this stage in the contest, she should have developed enough composure to avoid situations like that.

And honestly, no - I'm not scared in the slightest that she'll win. She doesn't stand a chance; winners have to pick up floating votes & votes from other acts' supporters, and Janet is too niche for that. Plus, winners tend to hit the notes more often than not.

That said, I am sick of all the repetitive pro-Janet threads on here. Whatever you might say about anti-Janet threads being ubiquitous, there were about six threads on here last night basically saying 'oh, Janet is so great' in some form or another, none of which added anything interesting or relevant.

Yes, she has a few obsessed fans who frequent these boards later in the night. Two of them in particular, are not opposed to starting pointless topics that essentially do nothing but declare their fandom.

I'm not scared Janet will win, I know she won't, She is a good singer and will do well but in this competition you have to be versatile and Janet unfortunately isn't.

N.I is in the UK but all sections of society on the island of Ireland are voting for Janet.

People need to face up to that. Janet is advertised 24/7 on UTV and it is almost subliminal to get us to vote for her. She has a huge following.
