Sorry if I'm doing this wrong, but I'm new.
As you've gathered from my name, I'm a Chasha fan, but I'll leave that for the team appreciation thread.
I've lurked for a long time, so I just want to voice my opinions on some SCD stuff in general.
Have to say 1st off, that I love the 5 thoughts for . . . weeks, although, could the number of thoughts relate to the number of weeks instead? Also love the unappreciation thread, and the spoiler threads, both hilarious!
Wish the BBC would stop the VTs, the majority make me cringe/skip them, and I would definitely prefer to see training.
Also wish they would do camera work to focus on the dancers; a lot is missed by the way go from here to there, and everywhere.
On Harry, he's OK, but I don't think he's on it enough, he could do better if he put "more" into it. For example, although a lot of people said his AT was passionate, I understood what Len meant, and definitely think it could have had more. But it changes from week to week. Also think Aliona should give him more to do when she can.
I like Holly, but it does seem like she doesn't put enough in. Every fast dance looks slow, but I don't know if it's because of something physical, or she's just not putting the energy in. She seems to think she's going fast, but it doesn't look like it. I think her chemistry with Artem is growing though.
I love Brendan now! In previous series, he was a bit annoying/mean, but he seems to have softened lately. Like it!
I think I'm not to big on Jason cos I don't want him to beat Chelsee, plus he does seem to try too hard. It was a shame about his Jive, as the practice looked REALLY good.
No particular opionion on the rest. Think Wembley was a good time for Russell to go.
Think Vincent & Flavia do the best Argentine Tango, and if anyone's dance looks half as good as theirs, then they're doing something right.
Also think Erin, Ian and Karen are great. It's a shame the last 2 aren't still on the Saturday night show.
Last thing, "Sunday night" is silly, but applaud the majority for pretending it's on Saturday.
