Personally, the only member I think doesn't have a great voice is Jesy and even then, her voice is distinctive and sounds great with harmonies at times. Plus she has the whole beatboxing thing going for her. Leigh-Anne and Jade are both great singers in their own right imo.

Perrie has a better voice than any of the solo females, yet she didn't make the cut....
