When she said 'welcome to the Show' - he said he was surprised they'd asked him as they all hated him so much. Also mentioned the word 'Sue' (as in legal)

Think he's being classy about Anthony aswell - refusing to slag him off inspite of what Anthony has said.

Pat did come across as a prat and he has no one else to blame but himself. Many people have went into Im a celebrity and came across as a right **** and got on with it.

Pat has had the luxury of being out for almost a whole day before any interviews. Enough time to see family and friends and be told exactly what has been going on, and what stance to take.

I wonder what he would've said had he been interviewed as soon as he let?

What could he sue them for??

It does irritate me when he keeps refering to Tedward as as an inanimate object.

Defamation of character. They blatantly & relentlessly accused him of being a perv, a pratt & a bully. It was almost blanket coverage. I've never seen them be quite so biased & venamous against a camp member before. Newspapers have been successfully sued for a lot less.

Plus, of course, ITV invited him to take part in the challenge -presumably omitting to tell him it was going to be a witch hunt!

Unfair editing? Not sure what they sign up to as regards editorial control. Antony can be as nasty as he likes & thats ok but Pat was portrayed as a bit of a monster when in fact he won them alot of food & had to put up with Sinitta in a cave all night

i actually feel sorry for pat and have done for a while.

he clearly could have a better way with words but at least he's honest and genuine.
also the thing which i feel sorry for mostly is that firstly he's clearly been edited to come across as the 'villain', plus and most importantly i think he's been a victim of crissy. absolutely do.
as some others on these forums have picked up on..on more than one occassion crissy has gone off and told other camp members something that pat supposedly 'said' which he clearly didn't from the footage. she's misunderstood something he's said or assumed he meant one thing when he meant another and then retold it to other camp members the way she wants it to come across as if it was actually what he said. twisting his words etc. completely turned me off crissy..i don't trust her at all.

so even though he can be a little odd at times (can't they all!) i feel rather sorry for how he's been portrayed.

i agree...actually its a shame they don;t show some of the more 'FUN' coverage they show on the ITV show, not everyone watches that

Everyone who goes on Im a celebrity signs a contract and knows the show will be edited. There is no stopping that.

What is going to sue on he said those words noone forced him to i like him a but more that his out i liked how he didnt stoop so low when moanthony called him a knob and how he brought up the editing issue

Well he seemed absolutely fine and said the editing wasn't a problem so don't really understand what others are moaning about!

He did say that Chrissy had apologised to him but he expected that wouldnt be shown.

maybe in their contract it says ITV shows can say what they like about them?

he understands how these shows work so he's fine with it and being a good sport. however to be clear he did say that he has been edited this way.

of course they can edit him however they like..this is fine..but it's a shame some of the public are gullible enough to not realise that this is what has happened.

jessie is a very honest and down to earth girl and she said she was really fond of pat and will miss him so he can't have been all that bad aye..

well that was hardly going to cure all the ills supposedly done to him according to some on here.
