Its always telling because the girls are genuinely anxious waiting for the result as you would expect, but none of the girls have this over-pained face that Tulisa pulls on.
..and when they go through, they invariable turn to each other to hug and Tulisa has to grasp about for someone to hug, lol.

I think it's so refreshing to see a mentor that genuinely cares for their acts as much as Tulisa. Honestly, some people on here will find the silliest reasons to dislike someone.

I disagree. I think it's nice to see a mentor who actually cares about her act. I'm not really a fan of Tulisa, but she genuinely seems to care about her acts. Far more than the other three, that's for sure.

I hope she doesn't suffer second season syndrome. Cheryl was the same with Alex, Diana and Laura in her first year, but two years later, couldn't even remember where one of her acts came from.

I'm pretty cynical about the show in general, but Tulisa seems to genuinely care about Little Mix.

I've often said that Tulisa is primarily there for self promotion and to sell her perfume. Kelly and Gary don't need the xfactor whereas Louis has nothing else and is part of the furniture.

If Tulisa trully cared about her act first and foremost she'd stop fannying about marketing herself as the 'Female Boss' (the name of her scent) and concentrate on her last remaining act.

What we need to remember is that this group LittleMix was probably individually handpicked by the Producers and Tulisa had no say in it and is just along for the ride and wage.

By the way, tonight she was dressed like a middle aged Pornstar.

They are ALL in it for themselves at the end of the day and that includes ANY judge on ANY reality TV show.

Exactly! Nobody would go on a show like this for purely charitable reasons. They do it because they know the advantages it gives them!

That being said, it is nice to see a judge actually give a hoot for once. They could just show up and take the pay cheque at the end of the night, but Tulisa actually seems to make the effort with her acts - she obviously doesn't have to bother, as other judges have shown over the years.

I plain don't like her, but I don't think the girls should or will suffer as a result. Tulisa is Cowell's puppet, him and the producers make the decisions about who they put together not Tulisa.

What she did to Mischa is unforgivable, and she was the bully in abusing her position of power. The attraction of Little Mix completely escapes me, they never sing a whole song in tune and the harmonies are mostly awful, but the hype is working. They are nice girls but I just don't find their performances enjoyable or good.

None of the contestants actually sing a whole song in tune. It's not unique to Little Mix don't ya know

She does deserve an Oscar though for the 'Most Concerned-Looking Judge' category. I think she genuinely does care but she feels the need to really let us know that she does.

Although I understand about a judge putting you off an act. I like Marcus and want him to do well, but then when I see Gary celebrating him getting through I'm like 'Urgh!'
