All the finalists are under contract to Syco - the only difference is that there's some kind of advance guaranteed for the top 4. But they can pass on 4th place finishers and sign 8th place finishers if they want.
I'll bet you all my worldly posessions that Syco don't partner up with Interscope or Cash Money - the latter two are Universal imprints. In the event that Syco did want to take her to the US, it would be with RCA, Columbia or Epic.

They certainly never signed to Syco and I'm pretty sure they didn't sign to Sony. I know they did get a record deal, but I think it was with an independent label.
