I hope that Chelsee never gets a perfect 40 before the finals! Help me out those good with numbers and stats out there, people who scored perfect 40 before the finals never won the competition! Matt Di Angelo got perfect 40 in semis, Lisa Snowdon, Rachel Stevens, Ricky Whittle (can't remember if he did get 40?) and Ali Bastian (her VW was magical).

Let Jason get his perfect 40 before the finals, I don't mind.

According to Wiki there were no 40s before the final prior to series 5 & then it was only in the semis. Last year was the first year a 40 was given before the semis, to Pam & James. So you are right in saying anyone who has received a 40 before the final up to now has not won.

That info on wiki isnt correct Ali and Brian got a 40 for their VW in week 8 ....the semi final (when she was eliminted wasnt until week 13

Very simple - he's got the rumba, no male contestant has ever scored 40 for the rumba! Or even got close, if I remember correctly...

He's the only contestant I really like this year, but I don't expect him to top the leaderboard on Saturday. Chelsee will have to pull out all the stops to get 40 though, it really will have to be as good as Jill's jive....

No male celeb has ever got even 1 10 for the Rumba let alone 4 (take note Alesha)

Wiki is right it was me that miss read things It does seem like the introduction of the Dance off produced earlier 40s though. Not that it did the recipients any good in the long run

Well, the Jive should suit her, and she might get this week's hype train on ITT.

Possibly, but at least she seems excited for this one rather than making an issue over the cheesiness of the AT.

Let's put things in perspective here. Last week's ITT, she made it clear she struggled with the technical as well as the performance side of the AT. In fact, in one of the VT training footage, she said she's never been this worried or something like that. Now if being so terribly worried earned her a score of 35 (which I think was fairly marked), then she really doesn't have much to worry about at the moment.

I don' think Craig's got a 10 paddle anymore. And even if he does find it, Len will decide to use a 9 just to annoy everyone as he has done in the Finale at least twice before.

I totally agree . My faves never had perfect scores but they won Alesha, Mark, Kara, so I will be happy with a 39.
Let Jason or Harry have a perfect score I say.

I would be completely astounded if Harry gets anywhere near 40 for the rumba and extremely suspicious if he does....as already discussed no male celeb has even got one 10 for a rumba let alone four and these are the male celebs that are regarded as some of the best ever on the show....so if Harry suddenly did so much better than any of them I would be gobsmacked personally. The last rumba that Aliona did with Matt Baker scored 35.

it's very hard for a man to look like he's doing anything other than posing in a rumba, I'd be surprised if it got a 40

I also think the jive is hard to make look good but I have every faith in them

No chance for Harry to get a 40 for a rumba, Jason is likely and fitting with his "journey". As much as i love Chealsee I don't think she deserves 40 yet purely because I can't see her doing perfect technical performances yet or not perfect enough for Craig.
