ITV's promotion of Mark Wright is getting absurd now.

I actually don't mind the lad, but the fact the show is clearly being edited and structured in his favour is embarrassing. It's almost as sickening as Channel 5's pathetic handling of CBB/BB.

Why has he yet again be given another task when others have done few?

Why are his pointless, inane and trivial comments getting more screen time than any other camp mate?

I agree with you. Especially now that he and Emily have conveniently got together

I'd love a double eviction with both of them out next.

This ridiculous obsession with Mark and his airtime is also getting absurd.

I actually think it is the Antony Cotton show last night ITV were taking the p**s

Yet again Mark gets more airtime than most. Jesus Christ.

I think he's coming accross a s a decent bloke, I think people on here are obsessed with hate for him and anything he does is wrong. Lighten up a bit.

He is a decent lad. What is nauseating is ITV's constant promotion of him. It's blindingly obvious they want him to win

Sorry, but I find his patronising attitude quite nauseating - reminds me of a Car Salesman or Estate Agent - just feels so insincere to me. I didn't know him before as I don't watch TOWIE and at first I thought "what a good looking, nice young man". However that has worn off and the Fauxmance has just made me even more convinced.he is not as genuine as people think.

I have warmed to him over time. He has an ability to turn any run of the mill inane topic of conversation into a profound statement. He is more of a poet than a reality star.

Mark lives in a dimension that is beyond reality where the sun shines out of his ass 24 hours a day giving warmth and comfort to all those within a 1 mile radius.

It is a privi-ledge to be bathed in the afterglow of these rays every night through our tv sets and I thank Ant, Dec and the entire production team for making it so.

His behaviour certainly is part of the conditioning he received being part of TOWIE, same with Amy Childs on CBB. These people now will forever live their lives through the media playing the part of a caricature of their TOWIE persona. They're no long "real" people.

I really don't mind him either but ITV, this is just getting ridiculous. Yeah, I know he's popular and of course all the young teenage girls are going to love him but the show is not all about this one guy.

Dougie is also quite popular but people are beginning to get the wrong idea of him. Mark is being given the limelight in nearly every part of the program. Which means people like Dougie come across as boring because they haven't been given a chance to prove themselves.

I met Dougie back in August this year and he is the sweetest and most charming guy you could ever meet. They really need to give him more airtime.

Maybe ITV are gonna get him a new show away from Towie!
