She was assertive leader, knew all the places to go. She managed to get the watch for less than half the price and the make up thing. She was much better at negotiating than James and Harry. As well as stepping up to lead the team again despite Harry cowardice. The team win was down to Haya.

Fine for not negotiating seems stupid. At least they managed to buy it. The punishment for not negotiating is paying a higher price don't think there should be a fine as well.
