think it's ridiculous that they don't get to use the internet or google maps etc. That's the only way businesses survive these days and those kids would be a dab hand at using it. No wonder that they're struggling with the Yellow Pages!

I always thought Croydon was in Surrey, didn't realise it was a borough in London.

Edited to add - oh it was in Surrey many centuries ago, then became a London Borough some time ago. It's amazing what you learn just by watching Young Apprentice..lol

why don't they stop at a library or book shop and look in an encyclopedia to find out what the dashiki is?

It was in Surrey and the east end of London was in Middlesex, now it's just part of the ever-extending sprawl.
