I quite liked her in the end. She took it very well too.

She was the right one to go I think, she was a lovely young lady, but too quiet and nice for the business world.

Too nice & quiet for LordSurAlun's cut throat "pile up the tut and sell it cheap" world anyway
Inevitable she would go of the three in the final boardroom - but Lizzie was foolish to let Harry M off the hook.

She seemed so nice. I was genuinely sad to see her go home.

No, I think she made the right decision. Surallen had already praised Harry twice in that boardroom. Brining him back in when he was the only person who had been praised for doing anything right would have elicited a "you brought the wrong person back" from Surallen.

In fact, it kind of did. Surallen hadn't quite got round to asking Lizzie who should be brought back, he asked her who he thought should be fired, and she changed the question into who she would bring back. Then Hayley pointed out how crap Harry's record was, and Lizzie started chiming in. It was when both girls were having a go at Harry that Surallen chipped in and sent him back to the house.

I think it was a bit of a telling-off for considering Harry, and Lizzie certainly looked chastened by it.

Totally agree, she was too quiet and nice and Lizzie did make a big mistake not taking Harry in when he has been in the losing team every single week, six weeks on the trot! Unbelievable that he got let off last week too. Its like the cursed team whoever has Harry in it!

As Lizzie was in the same team as Harry M, bring him back in would have effectively said that their team was mostly responsible for losing and got her the chop.

Bring the other two back in was the correct decision and saved Lizzie.

Although Hayley is likeable, I thought it was the right decision. She is so attractive and well spoken so if she can learn to be a bit more assertive she'll do ok in life. A lot going for her on the surface. PS, not saying that her accent should determine her future but let's face it, in this world, there is bias and how you talk is one of them in some organisations - it shouldn't be but it is.

Hayley was lovely. These are all 16/17 year olds so have plenty of time to hone their skills.
Well done Hayley!

She was incredibly mature for a 16 year old. Obviously really popular too - the other two were practically running out of the boardroom to hug her. (Nice change from Gbemi last week, who refused even to stand up to shake Harry M's hand.)

Hayley will go far. She is lovely and switched on. Basically she lost out because Sugar basically only wants pushy sales people which is why he isn't really much good at this and should himself be fired.

On the contrary, with that personality she'd do very well in any service industry.

She was the right one of the three called back to the boardroom, but Harry M should have been there instead.

She was clearly a very nice and respectful individual.

However, I thought it was rather risky suddenly chiming up about Harry M's record. You don't want to give Sugar even the slightest inkling that you thought it was okay to lose the task and didn't try your hardest because you had a fall-guy in Harry M.
I thought the way things played out was correct. Harry M being fired for his previous record wouldn't have been right and wouldn't have sent out the right message - that you can afford to lose if you've got someone who's lost more than you.

Hayley was smart for trying it though.

Why do I get the feeling she'll only make a good housewife?

Yes, I thought the way they parted spoke well of her.
