I think so. The others would have more air time, and I think they would feel more relaxed.

Definately the first positive is we would get to see other campmates

The show would be so more enjoyable without his depression.

How the crap is Fatima the only one who finds him irritating?

I think he's been in there long enough now. He's not funny and seems to be dragging the mood of the camp down; as well as this viewer. The producers had better do something quickly because if he's allowed to carry on like he is I doubt very much that even Ant and Dec will be able to save this series.

Antony would be a terrible winner for the show. If he was put in there to promote the fun side of Coronation Street then he's failed miserably and has probably done more damage than good. He's damaged his own image and is dragging the credibility of IACGMOOH down to the depths of BB.

With you 100% on this.

Absoloutely. I don't think many people tune in to watch a group of people getting along famously (see what I did there?) but I don't believe having any one person bringing down everyone else when there's no one who will stand up to them makes gripping viewing. It's neither interesting or exciting, Just plain boring.

Well he does provide some entertainment but he is highly sensitive.

Definitely! Biggest own goal since Leslie Grantham decided to promote the "fun side" of Eastenders on a webcam

I stopped watching a couple of days ago. In the event he does leave early I'll watch it again, but not at the moment.

From an entertainment perspective he's been good value as a campmate, but I think I've seen enough of him now and I certainly don't want him to win.

Nah hes annoying but good value, its not as if willie or chrissie would suddenly become interesting when he leaves.

I doubt she is the only one, but she is the only one brave enough to challenge him perhaps? The others are too frightened in case he turns on them ... that's how bullies operate! He is one nasty-minded, messed up person, no wonder he gets unhappy, it must be hell being him 24/7.

Point is we don't know who is interesting as we only get to see what the producers show us. It sucks if you ask me.

To be honest, this forum is more entertaining than the show at the moment.
I spluttered my coffee all over when I read that, lol

Why so we could watch a load of boring people sitting around?? OR maybe we could watch Emily and Mark's romance blossoming............

Anthony might be annoying and bitchy but at least he's talking.

They're all rather tedious.
Even Ant and Dec's script is getting repetetive now.
I prefer the ITV2 show.

See Aaron and BB12 for proof.

Sadly we love to watch car crash TV and Anthony Cotton is going at a million miles an hour!

Every year we get the same thing imo, everyone dislikes the controversial/annoying contestant and wants them out, but the minute they leave, everyone in the camp cheers up and they just lay around in the sun smiling and talking about how much nicer it is in camp now. The show then gets even more boring as there's nothing to watch and we get loads of threads saying that the controversial contestant should have stayed.

I don't want Antony to win, but I definitely want him to stay there for a while, the conflict makes for interesting tv.

I won't argue with that. He may be annoying or whatever, but I honestly think to take him out would be a mistake. There's aren't any other 'characters' to take over from him should he leave. Like you say, I have a feeling we would be bored to tears with just the others there. IMO of course.
