lol she was in no way aggressive, she was assertive, there is a difference. She didn't raise her voice, simply stated her case in a calm and reasonable manner.

FunSponge Cotton is not used to people standing up to him when he throws a diva strop, he has no clue how to deal with someone like her.

Willy did give a grimace I noticed. But I don't know if that's whether he thought Anthony or Fatima was out of order. Or simply a 'here we go' kind of facial expression LOL!

Kinda light the blue touch paper and their off

I personally, not you, or anyone else, find Fatima passive aggressive, you don't need to agree with me, nor be rude to someone for having a different opinion.
I think she often forces her opinion on others in a passive aggressive manner, I do not dislike her, or think she is necessarily wrong, but this is what I find. I do not see how this is PC, being PC has nothing to do with someone clearly lacking social skills.

Fatima is not passive agressive.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Passive...ssive_behavior

She is assertive to a level that can come across as abrasive at times but I am utterly sick of people being labelled "passive agressive" because it's the latest forum "buzz word".

If you want to call anyone passive agressive it's far more appropriate for Cotton

You can find Fatima passive-aggressive if you want to, but clearly you're using the YULSTAR dictionary, rather than the Oxford English.

I totally agree with you ...I was waiting ...in vain as it turned out ....for someone to support Fatima ....she was very reasonable asking him not to be effing this and that all the time...there is no need for it ....I used to really like him...but seeing how he really is in this has been a real eye opener.
And as for who is voting for him they must be like minded surely which makes it all the sad ....I was sure he would be voted out before now ...he's a petulant and obnoxious jumped up little nobody.

I think what you are trying to say is........I think you have misinterepted the term passive aggressive, you probably mean....#insert word here#......rather than being so argumentatively rude.

Ok, lets start again.......
I like Anthony.
I think he is very highly strung and sometimes socially awkward, sometimes bitches and moans too much but a lot of the time at himself. He vocalises everything and makes it hard to know which he means and which he is just having fun with. That doesn't make it right or wrong.
I think there are a lot of similarities between Anthony and Fatima.
I like Fatima, I think she is a nice, caring person.
I am not going to argue with a faceless person on a forum about two people we know nothing about.
I find Fatima socially awkward and repeatedly rude to others by the way she asks, tells people things.
I think she initimidates people, sometimes with intent, sometimes totally by accident.
I think everyone displays faults regulary, some people pounce on them, others ignore them depending on where your loyalties lie.
Everyone has a different opinion, it doesn't mean yours is either right or wrong.

Cotton is rapidly making this series unwatchable and for me it has been the worst cast in years. Cotton is a thoroughly unpleasant, nasty individual and I would only vote for him if the title was "Bellend of the Jungle".

bib. Agree.

Its a good job Cotton never had a cockroach stuck up his nose. They would have had to carry him out on a stretcher.

I'm not so convinced ITV are plugging Cotton. He's hardly being shown in a positive light is he?

I think we've seen what Anthony's like (in there at least) from pretty much the start. It's just built as the show has gone on and, by the looks of it, he could argue and fall out with anyone I reckon (given the moment) even his closest friends in there. He just seems like that type of person.

I can't understand why this phrase has become the buzz word on here and all the forums lately and it's all the more annoying because so few people actually know what it means and therefore constantly misuse it.

Lol, me too. It infuriates me that ITV are giving him 70% of the available air time and letting him spend all day in the bush telegraph 'narrating' everything.

Anthony is full of himself, acts like a diva and seems extremely highly strung BUT I actually find him funny and entertaining. I think he'll be in the top three.

Another 'chat' show planned for him?
He will never have the popularity of Paul O'Grady or Alan Carr.

I'd like to say that cotton is up his own a**e, but he'd probably like that!

Maybe the others don't support Fatima or back her up because they know that Cotton's the type to start squealing 'I'm being bullied'

I tend to think they also realise Fatima does a good job on her own and says what a lot of them probably want to say but don't just to keep the peace

I've been saying this for a while now. The way he's being edited is almost like someone is out for revenge. I really can't see how showing someone who is constantly moaning, swearing, bitching, crying and throwing hissy fits is endearing them to the public.

I'm beginning to think the Coronation Street cast have had a massive whip round and employed someone to keep his number on re-dial so they can avoid working with him for a little while longer.

Me neither - it was used a lot in BB too.
