Vodafone customer services contact
I'm having major issues with Vodafone, both with the level of signal I get in my home (usually none) and their customer service (again, usually none!
)I've been to my local store who have told me their hands are completely tied and to phone Customer Services and ask to be put through to a manager, however I've tried this 4 times now and got nowhere. The agents (in Egypt) want to hear the whole sorry tale each time before they'll transfer me, and I'm then put on hold and eventually I get cut off as my line is so rubbish. Does anyone have a Customer Services number other than 191 which I could try? |

I tell you they are a nightmare, been with them for over 10 years and I love the service but when you need to contact them you might as well throw a bottle into the ocean and hope it gets there.
I have recently emailed, used their shockingly bad web forum from their shockingly slow website which drops out or cuts you off every couple of minutes. I telephoned and spent 15 minutes ith a message telling me they are experiancing "unuasually high levels of calls" Which is amazing considerign that message is played everytime you call them. This phone call was 10.00am. If you are surprised a lot of people call up a business at 10.am then you dont really understand business. I dont know what they spend their £6 billion pound of tax avoidence on but it wasnt customer service, or their web presence. One way to get a call though is to mark them really low on their alomost daily survays they send asking about their service. Shocking stuff and very frustraiting when you have a simple problem you want to resolve. |
