LOVE her hair in this video, any suggestions/tips?x

Just flick the ends upwards using a straighterner(wrap hair from midlengths to the ends and keep twisting the tool in a half circle motion so its not a tight curl), open up the flicks a bit with fingers, use hairspray to make it a bit messy looking. Just fiddle till you get it right, trust me hairdressers do this ''fiddle'' all the time.
