Apart from last year when I supported Matt Cardle from start to finish I have never been able to pick a winner, its normally 2nd or third but never first and this year is the same as I went for Janet. So I am intrested to know have you ever backed someone from the start of the lives that has gone on to win.

Leona, Alex and Matt

Yes I supported three winners from the beginning of the live shows. I liked shayne, leon and matt. This year i picked my favourite the audition process and they are still in now which is good.

I supported Matt last year from Judges' Houses onwards, but I kinda wish I didn't. Otherwise no, unless Misha somehow manages to pull it out of the bag this year. I guess I've been a fan of Little Mix since the first live show, but I preferred Misha and even Kitty back then.

Only Matt last year [there was no one else that interested me at all].

Matt Cardle, I liked him from his audition and supported him throughout. Other than that, no.

XF1 - 4: I watched but never paid close attention.
XF5: I predicted Eoghan (3rd place)
XF6: I predicted Stacey (3rd place)
XF7: I predicted Matt (winner)
XF8: I predicted Misha prior to the start of the live shows, which is what I'm basing my earlier choices off. I doubt she'll win now.

alexandra and leona. my mum thought people never pick good singers when leona was on, but i told her people aren't really as good as her; so when she won, she was shocked. alexandra stood out as the popstar and the only one from the show to tick all the boxes.

In 2008, I predicted Alexandra from pretty much the start.
In 2009, I predicted Stacey.
In 2010, I predicted Matt.
In 2011, I predicted Amelia.

This was all based on when we found the top 16 out, but before they performed.

I knew Joe McElderry was going to win from his very first audition. I still don't understand how it took so long for everyone else to realise that.

I said Shayne and Leon would win, I knew Leona would win, and I picked Matt Cardle to win.

I thought G4 would win over Steve so was wrong there, and I also thought that Danyl would win and he came 4th. I also thought JLS would beat Alex but was wrong.

I also expected Journey South to be runners up and they were 3rd.

I'm not very good at picking winners, I thought Craig would win this year (although that was at judges houses, obviously I changed my mind later on).

The only two contestants I have backed and voted for in previous years are Leona and Alexandra and both of them have won.

This year I've supported Marcus ever since bootcamp - and he became my firm favourite in Week 2 (after Amelia was booted out).

I predicted Matt would win early on last year. I also knew Joe was heading the same way. I never really knew with Alex because she was overshadowed by Diana and Laura early on and the fact that she was my favourite gave me a warped view of her chances.

I was absolutely sure Amelia would win this year and I still think she would have if it wasn't for that twist. She would've progressed until she had a "moment".

The only contestants I KNEW would win were Leona and Alexandra...from their first auditions I could tell they would win. I didn't really care enough about the others to really get behind one act in particular...

Leona and Alexandra really stuck out to me as potential winners from the start...

I got Leona and Matt from the start of the live shows, though at the final I thought Rebecca might have just clinched it.

I thought Rhydian (S4), Diana (S5) and Stacey (S6) would win their years, though didn't necessarily want them to.

In 2007, I predicted Same Difference so was wrong.
In 2008, I predicted Alexandra so was right.
In 2009, I predicted Joe so was right.
In 2010, I predicted Matt so was right.
This year, I've predicted Little Mix, we'll see if I'm right or not.

I've been pretty spot-on though! Whereas in Big Brother I only got Pete and Rachel right. (I thought Sophia would win BB10, Nathan would win BB11 and Alex would win BB12.)

Overall once the series got to this stage I have been able to pick the winner Other than in Series One when I though G4 would win and Series Four when I thought Rhydian would win. This Year im not sure at all

I've picked almost all of them. Shane, Leon, Leona, Joe, Matt. The only ones I didn't support were Alexandra and the guy from year 1 (I think, I can't actually remember) :P In Alexandra's year I liked Diana and I liked Ruth.

Series 8 - I realy don't know. A few weeks ago it would certainly have been Marcus but Little Mix aren't half gathering steam.

Series 1: Didn't really follow it
Series 2: I predicted Shane or Andy, supported Andy from about half way through
Series 3: I predicted Ben or Leona, supported Leona
Series 4: I couldn't predict it, I suspected Rhydian but he was being sabotaged. I supported Alisha
Series 5: I predicted Alexandra, supported Ruth, thought she could win it.
Series 6: I couldn't predict it, I thought Stacey would win though. I supported Stacey and Jamie
Series 7: I thought Rebecca would take it, wasn't exactly expecting Matt.

So I got 3 right. Mostly wrong though.

I thought Sophie would take this year come the live shows, thought Melanie would pre live shows. Have thought its LM now since about E.T. and I'm supporting them since about then too; wasn't really supporting anyone up until that point.
