She also needs to wear a different dress in the boardroom. She always wears that white one.

She has to wear the dress because that's what she wore for the pre-recorded limousine footage, which will be used if she gets fired. They record these interviews right at the start, which means all the contestants are stuck wearing the same outfit for every boardroom for continuity purposes. For example, Haya always wears the same trousers. Unfortunately, Zara chose a particularly striking dress.

I think she looks rather good in that dress, as she has a hell of a figure.

I'll say she did - even my husband said 'She must really like that dress, she wears it a lot' when we were watching this week!

(When I just explained to him why she wears it a lot he also said 'Well it IS a very nice dress!' )

Yeah, she's a striking enough looking girl for me to notice, but knowing she's 16, that thought ain't going nowhere for a few years.

Which is over the age of consent. We're allowed to be attracted.

All the creepy grown men mentally undressing Zara, all the creepy grown women with an obvious crush on Harry M.

It's all rather creepy on this forum at the moment.

I find Zara so self possessed it is remarkable. She said " we are not colleagues, we are individuals" in the boardroom. Hey ho everyone for themselves. I felt really sad. So much of my career has been about team building which is also part of my personal ethos. For one so young, I wonder what sort of employer/boss Zara will make with this attitude. Where on earth did she get that attitude at her age. It appeared a very selfish one to me. Some people act it. They think it is what needs to be said. But, Zara seemed to have it as a personal conviction.

Its probably not creepy merely to think she's attractive. Its creepy for people to post about wanting to see her naked and/or going on about legal ages of consent. I mean unless they are 17 or 18 year old boys. Then its probably not.

She's right though. I was impressed by her honesty when she said it. It's one of the consequences of the format. Once the losing team is announced the team thing is out of the door. It becomes a scrap amongst individuals to stay in the game.

If they record the exit statement/ride in the car bit at the beginning, how come Hayley said something along the lines of "I wasn't aggressive enough in the boardroom"?

Sorry - I really do no like Zara. We find her arrogant and a snob of the highest degree. Absolutely sealed by her comment on Monday, when Hayley mentioned looking in Argos. Her reply, in a hushed tone, with that dismissive look on her face- "Argos - I can't go into Argos" LOL who does she think she is?

GG xx

So what exactly was wrong with that, as she said they are not colleagues IN THE BOARDROOM, which they are not. It is not as if those in the boardroom are going to say "You should fire me, as they are much better than I am".

It is dog eat dog in the boardroom and you are there to fight your corner, nobody else is going to. She was just being honest and I like that about her, she speaks her mind and I do not see anything wrong with that.

On about the 16 years old bit, that is pretty old these days, a lot of kids these days have had 2 kids and on their 2nd council house by then.
