She has to wear the dress because that's what she wore for the pre-recorded limousine footage, which will be used if she gets fired. They record these interviews right at the start, which means all the contestants are stuck wearing the same outfit for every boardroom for continuity purposes. For example, Haya always wears the same trousers. Unfortunately, Zara chose a particularly striking dress.
However, they may film the walk to the taxi (You know where they walk out of Viglen) beforehand, so that may be why she has to wear the same dress to the boardroom. I'm sure, in the past, some contestants have been wearing different clothes at the walk to the taxi than the stuff they're wearing in the taxi interview. |

That's rubbish. Often fired contestants talk about why they were fired. In fact, they usually reference other candidates. So, unless you are suggesting that they script it the whole way through, then this is incorrect.

They don't wear the same clothes every boardroom just to allow some 30 second walk to the limo to be pre-recorded. That may happen, but its certainly not the main reason.
Logically its likely done so they can re-shoot or recreate things at will, at some later point, without it being obvious to the viewers. Not just a walk to a limo, but ANYTHING. Shots in the waiting area. Walks out of the boardroom. Maybe even entire conversations. They may not even take advantage of that capability, but I'm sure they want the POSSIBILITY of being able to do it if needed. |

She also needs to wear a different dress in the boardroom. She always wears that white one.

She's right though. I was impressed by her honesty when she said it. It's one of the consequences of the format. Once the losing team is announced the team thing is out of the door. It becomes a scrap amongst individuals to stay in the game.

Sorry - I really do no like Zara. We find her arrogant and a snob of the highest degree. Absolutely sealed by her comment on Monday, when Hayley mentioned looking in Argos. Her reply, in a hushed tone, with that dismissive look on her face- "Argos - I can't go into Argos" LOL who does she think she is?
