That's rubbish. Often fired contestants talk about why they were fired. In fact, they usually reference other candidates. So, unless you are suggesting that they script it the whole way through, then this is incorrect.
However, they may film the walk to the taxi (You know where they walk out of Viglen) beforehand, so that may be why she has to wear the same dress to the boardroom.
I'm sure, in the past, some contestants have been wearing different clothes at the walk to the taxi than the stuff they're wearing in the taxi interview.
