Could some please tell me what the sizes are like from here?

I'm a size 10 but according to the website's size guide their size 10 is a 26in waist. Every other shop I buy from (Topshop and DP mainly) make their 10s with a 28in waist. If I follow the guide I should order a 12 but I'm worried about it then coming up big.

I've done a Google search and there seems to be differing opinions. Some people say they come up small, others say big.

Can anyone help? Thanks

I've bought jeans from Boohoo and their sizes are small. I would order a pair in a 10 and a 12 and try them on, it's free returns.
